When our chakras are balanced, energy will flow freely through them, preventing dis-ease and other illness. These symptoms can arrive emotionally or physically within the body.
When the chakra system is balanced, we are able to sense the world around us, and remain emotionally calm so we can live our lives to the full. However when they are unbalanced, we can experience all sorts of unpleasant symptoms daily, and can sometimes feel out of sorts.
Below are some of the symptoms we can develop when our chakras are not aligned.
- Back problems
- Digestive issues
- Bladder problems
- Feet or leg issues
- Anxiety disorders
- Anger problems
- Memory problems
Our health and thinking are both linked with the flow of our energy in the body, through the seven chakras, therefore if we are experiencing a physical symptom, it is also linked with an underlying emotion we may or may not consciously be aware of.
If we regularly realign our energy centres in the body, we may be able to bring our unconscious emotions and feelings to the surface, resulting in a better sense of health and overall wellbeing.
Keeping my chakras aligned has been an ongoing process for me, due to the many stresses and distractions of life of living with a chronic disease, but having the self discipline in place and knowing how good I feel after re-balancing them reminds me of how important this practice is, and if left untreated, could take a long time to fix.
