I am a firm believer that adding a daily dose of gratitude into our life is the best medicine for more happiness.
There are so many things to be grateful for, big or small. It might be the taste of your morning cup of coffee, or time spent with your family or loved ones – for others it could be taking exercise or playing an instrument.
We can even show gratitude by saying thank you in prayer.

When I started writing in my own gratitude journal, I realised there were so many little things I listed that I used to take for granted, such as going for a walk in the countryside, taking a nice long bubble bath or listening to my favourite music.
It wasn’t until I started doing this practice that I truly realised how many things I have been blessed with in life, and by writing in a daily journal it makes me remain grateful for everything I have, instead of focusing on what I don’t have.
In my opinion, if we are all living today, we are all rich.
Loved this!
