Mantras of the Month

All though the world is in an uncertain place right now, and quarantine times are hard for us all, instead of focusing on what we cannot control, it can be useful to focus on what we can, such as our thoughts and emotions.

For me, reading positive affirmations daily or even listening to them once a week can help me stay focused and grounded, resulting in more overall happiness in my life.

Here are some of my favourite mantras for June 2020 that I would like to share with you.
